Bee Wade - Professional Makeup Artist

Bee Wade (28) is a Professional Makeup Artist and Beauty Writer based in Atlanta, Georgia. On June 7, 2011, Bee was in the hospital recovering after the delivery of her first child when she received word that she had been let go from her job.  With a new baby and time on her hands; she decided play in makeup for a quick pick-me-up. Bee never imagined that her new found love in makeup would lead her to production sets, magazine shoots, celebrity clientele, features on major platforms, (over a dozen features on Essence.com) and a way to provide for her family. While Bee enjoys the thrill of working under the bright lights with clients like Grammy Award winning, Neo Songstress Angie Stone,  Lelee Lyons of  90's r'n b greats SWV & "SWV Reunited" on WeTV, Avery Sunshine, New York Times BestSelling Author, ZANE, etc.; she takes most pride enhancing the everyday woman. "Explore Beauty, YOUR Way!" is something she encourages each client to do when they sit in her chair. "Set your own rules, takes risks, and play with color!" Bee is about standing out in the crowd, not blending in. Her brides, birthday girls, and high profile clients are empowered to own their beauty; on their everyday red carpet runways. In her work place, school, or where ever she goes. 

Bee's love for makeup and beauty also prompted her to start a beauty blog, www.AllThingBee.com. There she shares her favorite beauty products, makeup tips, and industry secrets. This blog, along with her tenacity and drive, opened the door for Bee to serve as Beauty Editor for Kontrol Magazine and Kontrol Girl Magazine and be featured and contribute content for publications including ESSENCE.com,  Impact Magazine and more.  In the years to come, Bee aspires to be responsible for flawless red carpet looks at the Grammy's and Oscars, and shine on the masthead of one of the top publications geared towards women of color as a Beauty Editor.
